Saborinho (also known as Tinta Negra or Molar de Colares) is one of the Azores' traditional red grape varieties that has almost disappeared from vineyards.
Open colour, garnet, very intense nose, lots of personality, acidic wild strawberry aromas.
The Saborinho has a good texture and elegance, and good acidity.
