Azores Wine Company also pays homage to the History and the heroes that shaped the impressive Vineyard Landscapes of Pico Island, building thousands of “currais”, making the “impossible” happen, and that today are one of the 14 wine regions classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

We want you to taste the Azores through a glass of wine. We produce unique wines, full of identity, pure, fresh, challenging and with a pinch of salt... as life should be!
Open daily from 14h-18h (2nd February to 30th April); from 14h-19h (1st May to 30th September); from 14h-18h (1st October to 8th December).
Enjoy an unique experience, where all guests sit around a piece of art, on a sharing table, with a magnificent view over the vineyards, the sea and the islands of São Jorge and Faial. We created a 6 course menu with different pairing options, thought of for special moments.
At our restaurant everything revolves around an open kitchen, which is surrounded by a counter where we serve simple sharing dishes. To accompany, we have a good selection of wines by the glass. In alternative, we have a wine list with special winery prices for you to enjoy.

In our barrel room we serve snacks that go along a wine tasting of your choice! Discover a little bit more about the travels of our winemaker, António Maçanita, throughout different regions of our country or choose to learn about Pico by tasting his wines.
In Pico there are no wineries, there are Adegas! Traditionally the “Adegas” in Pico are places where friends gather to produce wine, to enjoy great moments around a table or where sometimes there even is a bed to sleep! And so, this is our “Adega”: a place where you can taste wines, enjoy a gastronomic experience and sleep in the comfort of our rooms.
