The 2015 harvest was aged for 2 years in used barrels. The 2017 vintage was aged for 6 months in used barrels.
Golden yellow color. With an elegant, evolved balance of honey, lemon, and grapefruit notes, along with complex notes of clove, quince, some dried fruit, and even a bit of coconut, perhaps. Perfectly integrated oak, with notes of vanilla, brioche croissants, and butter, giving a round, rich mouthfeel perfectly supported by surprising acidity.
