Maçanita Vinhos is a project by two brothers and two winemakers. Wines made by two hands, some of which, although produced together, are the preferences, manias or visions of each of the brothers. Touriga Nacional, our grape variety of excellence, is presented here in all its floral and aromatic splendor. A true Touriga Nacional! But in Rosé!
50% Cima Corgo: 25% at 200m altitude and 25% at 540m altitude; 50% Baixo Corgo at 750m altitude.
The bunches are carefully selected on a sorting table and then the grapes are gently crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the aid of pumps. The sangria ferments spontaneously at 12ºC in order to maintain all the aromatic potential.
Light pink in color, with hints of cherry, it has a very intense nose of ripe strawberries. The palate is surprisingly textured and fresh.

A fresh and elegant rosé. Ideal with fish dishes, seafood, salads, white meat dishes and Asian food.
