Cold pre-maceration, spontaneous fermentation in lagarete, cuvaison 28 days. Ageing 12 months in stainless steel.
Open ruby color, in the aroma mineral notes, white flowers and red fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a well marked acidity, showing intensity and concentration of aroma of old vines.
Store at 12ºC to be served at 16ºC and be drunk at 18ºC.
Accompanies dark-colored fish, tartares and grilled meats. Cheeses and not very sweet desserts.
