Maçanita Vinhos is a project, of two brothers and two enologists. Wines made by two hands, some wines, although produced together, are the preferences, manias or visions of each one of the brothers. This is a wine that results from the last press, it is the most concentrated juice with a golden color. This is the Orange of the North, the best Orange, born and matured by the northern climate.
Baixo Corgo, vineyards at 540-700m altitude.
The grapes, after a gentle pressing, are macerated for 3 to 4 days and then pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel with temperature control. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel.
Orange peel aroma with hints of honeycomb. Fresh and intense.
Keep at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC and drink at 12ºC.
Puff pastry, cheese tarts and baked white meat.
