At Fitapreta is difficult to talk about wine without talking about gastronomy. Our experiences are based on seasonal products, with vegetables picked on the same day from our vegetable garden and a commented tasting of our wines throughout lunch that shows all the life and flavors of Alentejo.

Open air, a glass of wine and a stunning view. This is the essence of Picnic Under a Tree, an experience that allows you to drink a bottle of wine under the shade of a centennial cork oak tree in the Fitapreta vineyard. A hammock, a basket of appetizers from the region, to enjoy in the Alentejo landscape, with a privileged view of the medieval Palace of the fourteenth century, make up the perfect arrangement for an afternoon spent in socializing.

And when you have a vegetable garden "at home", then it becomes mandatory to offer this experience to those who visit us. Go harvest the season's vegetables, understand the virtues of each one, return to the cellar with a basket full of colors and textures, put your hands in the dough and have fun cooking.
In this convivial workshop, we will discover Portugal through its cuisine, its traditions, with a focus on the Alentejo region, while enjoying the best Fitapreta wines. A sensorial experience that fuses wine and food, harmonized with good humor and relaxation.
