Palpite Red: Concentrated dark violet color with a concentrated aroma of red fruits; subtle menthol notes with ripe fruit and round tannins. The finish is intense and persistent.
Palpite Branco: White produced from traditional Alentejo grape varieties: Arinto, Alicante Branco and old vines, with minimal intervention, no addition of sulphur dioxide until the end of fermentation and spontaneous fermentation in barrels and long ageing on the lees.
