Previously used French oak barrels. Final lot that corresponds to three distinct harvests.
Our first Ramisco, a "Non-Vintage", that is, a blend of three distinct vintages, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Red fruit, intense, decorated with fragrant notes of living earth and a seductive herbaceous touch. Naturally high acidity and imposing tannins, linked by an expressive saltiness. With, for now, 0.5 hectares planted, we proudly work such an important grape variety in the wine culture of the Lisbon region.
