Maçanita Vinhos is a project, of two brothers and two enologists who seek to explore the terroir of the Douro. The sub-region of Cima Corgo, which is characterized by a less continental climate cooler than that of the Douro Superior, gave origin to this Touriga, which shows a more floral, fresh and purer side.
14 months in French oak barrels.
Intense ruby-violet color. In the tasting it is quite fresh, with a strong expression of fruit, and another level of maturity.
2.666 bottles in March 2022.
Store at 12ºC to be served at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC.
Accompanies white and red meat dishes, both in traditional and modern cuisine.
