100% Malvasia Fina
Maçanita Wines is a project, of two brothers and two winemakers. Wines from two hands. Some wines, although produced together, are the preferences, manias or visions of each one of the brothers. Malvasia Fina is a grape variety that oxidizes easily, which led to its disappearance in several regions. In this Malvasia Fina, we embraced this characteristic, in a wine that instead of protecting from oxidation, we oxygenated the must, fermented in horizontal tanks and barrels, and kept it in aging stage, without sulphur protection until bottling, entrusting the lees bâttonage with this function.
