The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the cellar, direct pressing, cold decanting, fermentation 40% stainless steel, 60% barrel - bâtonnage. Aged for 18 months.
Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. The palate is silky with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.

Store at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC and drunk at 12ºC.
Goes well with oven-baked white meats, roast fish and soufflés.
