Concept

A “non vintage” Rosé that blends the youth and freshness of the youngest vintages with the complexity of lees ageing, that only older vintages can give. It is refined and complex, without ever loosing the simplicity and freshness that makes a great Rosé.

Tasting notes

Bright salmon colour. The creamy texture on the pallet is perfectly balanced with a refreshing level of acidity.

Soils

The grapes come from vineyards aged between 20 and 50 years. Mostly granitic soils, resulting from the degradation of the mother rock by varying the percentage of limestone from parcel to parcel, varying the PHs of the soils between 5.7 and 8.2.

Gastronomy

Well matched to a range of lighter dishes such as seafood, fish and salads. Volume and structure for pairing with white meats. Surpri- singly successful with more strongly flavored Indian, Thai, and Japanese cuisine.

Viticulture

Water closeness is a determining factor in all our vineyards, in which the water tables are close, guaranteeing fresh soils and without the need for irrigation. The grapes are grown under certified Organic Production, without the use of herbicides. All our vineyards are also certified within the Alentejo Sustainability Program.

Winemaking

Night manual harvest. The grapes are slightly pressed and fall into the vat without pumps. Natural cold decantation, without any additi- ves. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel vats ou barrels. 55% drained juice 45% whole bunch press. Bottled in November 2025.
