Very gastronomic woody white resulting from typically Portuguese grape varieties in which each plays a key role.
Citrine yellow color, with an intense aroma in which the citrus fruits are well evidenced with a touch of cream.in the mouth the attack is dense, with well marked acidity but without being exaggerated. Retro, rich in the middle of the tasting. Finishes with plenty of freshness and persistence.

Manual selective harvest in 20 Kg boxes. Transportation to the winery in cold storage truck. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. The alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12ºC in barrels with battonage.
For its spicy and tannic component, it goes well with fish dishes as well as roasted meats, and for its acidity goes perfectly with simpler fish and seafood.

Keep at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC to drink at 12ºC.
