Castelão (Periquita), Touriga Nacional and Aragonez (Tempranillo).
Pale blush pink color, floral aroma and notes of red forest fruit. Good texture and persistent freshness in the finish.
Continental Mediterranean, hot and dry days with very cold nights.
Keep at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC to be drunk at 12ºC.
The grapes come from our own vineyards, without irrigation, with an average age of 20 years, and mostly granitic soils, resulting from the degradation of the mother rock, varying the percentage of limestone from plot to plot, and varying the pH of the soils between 5.7 and 8.2. Water being close by is a determining factor in all our vineyards, where the water tables are close, guaranteeing fresh soils.
Manual harvest at night to ensure the grapes are fresh, followed by gentle crushing to gravity tank (grapes never touch pumps), with bica (valve) open. Then, natural cold decantation, without any additives. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks without any barrels (unoaked). 100% sangria.

This rosé is good for socializing, to start the meal. For its texture and freshness it works with light dishes, fish and seafood, and Asian food such as sushi and Indian.
