The grapes come from two vineyards: Vinha da Nora (40%) is 35-37 years old, in organic production since 2015, field blend of Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, Arinto, Tamarez, Alicante Branco and Antão Vaz; from Vinha de Vale do Cepo (60%), 51 years old and certified as integrated production, the varieties are Roupeiro (syn. Síria), Alicante Branco (syn. Boal de Alicante), and Tamarês (syn. Trincadeira das Pratas).
Fitapreta Branco 2020 is a wine of origin, an effort to resurrect the old formula of Alentejo whites, using grape varieties typical of the region. Some varieties such as Tamarês (syn. Trincadeira das Pratas) and Alicante Branco (syn. Boal de Alicante) are reduced to a few hectares. Produced with minimal intervention, it expresses the pure aromas and flavors of the Alentejo
