Mechanical extraction at low temperature using a continuous 2-phase system. After extraction, the oil settles naturally for 2 to 3 months and is filtered before bottling.

Ripe fruit character, with notes of apple and aromatic herbs such as oregano and rosemary. Very sweet entry with expressive though fleeting spice, leading to a finish of fresh walnuts.
