Grapes mostly harvested in the island of São Miguel, in 20 kgs buckets and transported by plane and boat to Pico island.
Direct pressing, without crushing with CO2 protection.
First presses fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to maintain the purity of the grape variety and the second presses fermented in barrels of 3º year (30%).
Fresh, with good acidity and some unctuosity, and a great saline component. It goes well with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
Keep at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC, to be drunk at 12ºC.
