Wine made in the Solera method, in which the next harvest attests to the previous one without any lees removal. The result is a three-dimensional Arinto dos Açores with the expression of the grape variety, the accumulation of fine lees and the combination of four harvests. Arinto dos Açores is an indigenous grape variety exclusive to the Azores Islands, having in common with mainland Arinto only its name and good acidity.
Clean straw yellow color. Intense tertiary aroma, but mineral at the same time. Presence of iodine, honeycomb, citrus. Tense attack, very textured, complex, and intense. With minerality and acidity present.

A proximity of, sometimes, few meters that requires the vineyard to be protected by walls (currais), from the strong and saline winds of the Atlantic.
