100% Arinto from the Azores. Arinto dos Açores is an indigenous and exclusive grape variety of the Azores islands, having in common with the Arinto of the mainland only the name and good acidity.
To test the Azores Arinto grape variety in different terroirs of the island, this one comes from our São Mateus vineyard which despite being south facing is closer to the base of Pico mountain, therefore having more hours of cloudy skies and the harvest date is always later and less ripe grapes.
