100% Arinto from the Azores. 

Concept

The Arinto from the Azores is a native grape variety, exclusive from the Azores Islands, having in common with the Arinto from the mainland only the name and good acidity.

Tasting Notes

Clean citrine yellow color. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with hints of grapefruit. Tense attack, fresh with a minerality and acidity very present, good persistence and saline notes.

Gastronomy

Fresh, very mineral and saline. Ideal partner for oysters, barnacles and bivalves. It also works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.

Vinification

Selective manual harvest in 20kg baskets, pressing of whole bunch, transfer after 12h to fermentation vats of 600-1000L.

Alcohol

12% Vol.

Storage and Service

Keep at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC, and to be drunk at 12ºC.
