Manual harvest, destemming, pre-cold maceration, spontaneous fermentation, 12 months in stainless steel.
Concentrated ruby violet color, intense and ripe nose with floral notes of black fruit. Full-bodied, round and with good persistence.

Store at 12ºC to be served at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC.
